Hey dolls, so I thought I would check in, I received 2 days ago my replacement BB 9700. It was a dud. The V and ? aren't working on it. So yesterday I called again after troubleshooting, and they are sending me another replacement. Fingers crossed this next one works, or I might consider going to another carrier. I have been considering for a few weeks now about going to droid, or adding an additional line for it, but then realized that I do themeing for fun, and it's something that keeps me busy because I'm home a lot with my medical stuff currently, so it helps me pass the time. So I don't think im jumping ship from BB just yet, maybe just jumping carriers lol. Hope ya'll have a great rest of the week!

Hi Ruby, I had a similar problem and am now on my 4th Bold 9700. Things seem to be okay now but if it continues I, too, may disown my carrier. Take care and good luck with your current phone! Jenn
